Terms and Conditions – Emperor Paint
- Emperor Paints Textured Basecoat competition will be posted on the Painter and Decorators Forum Facebook UK group on 02/08/2024
- The competition is open to UK residents, excluding employees of the promoter or any of its group companies, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this activity.
- No purchase is necessary for entry.
- To take part, members of the forum must comment on the original post.
- Only one entry per person will be counted.
- There will be 4 winners who will receive a tub of basecoat and an application roller.
- The prize draw will take place within the seven days following the competition. The winning entrants will be notified within 72 hours of the prize draw via the Facebook account that the winning comments were posted from.
- Winners will be contacted via Facebook by the Painter and Decorators Forum UK or Mike Cupit.
- Prizes are limited to one per person.
- No cash alternative is available.
- In the event that the Painter and Decorators Forum UK cannot contact a winner after taking all reasonable steps to do so, it reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to award the prize to a substitute winner. The promoter will not be responsible for any inability of any winners to take up their specified prize.
- The prize will be sent to each of the winners in the post to the address specified
- Winners should post feedback on the products on the Decorators Forum UK Facebook group.
- Details provided by the winners will be deleted once the prizes have been sent and will not be used for future marketing purposes.
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
- Winners may be asked to take part in publicity and by claiming the prize, winners are accepting to take part in any publicity requested by the promoter.
- The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.
- The promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in any manner deemed to be disruptive to the competition.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This promotion is governed by English Law.
- The promoter may use quotes from your feedback to use for marketing purposes and publish them where they see fit.
About the Author
Mike Cupit has been in the decorating industry since 2002 and has mostly worked as a Trade Decorator in the domestic sector (peoples’ homes). Self-proclaimed “product geek”, Mike has a passion for paint and decorating tools.
