Crown Paints is continuing as the official paint partner of the Wickes Community Programme for a third year, reaffirming its commitment to helping community groups and charities across the UK transform the spaces they rely on.

The renewed partnership builds on the impact delivered to date through the programme, which supports local organisations with product donations for renovation and maintenance projects. Now halfway through the 2026 partnership, Crown Paints has already donated over 6,000 litres of paint, supporting more than 200 community projects and local good causes across the UK. In 2025, the partnership exceeded its donation target by more than 50 per cent, delivering more than 15,000 litres of paint to community projects across the UK. In 2026 Crown Paints will commit to donating at least 10,000 litres of paint.

As the partnership enters its third year, Crown Paints is also extending its support further through the Wickes Home Improvers  Community, a programme of events hosted in Wickes stores nationwide. Crown has already supported 12 Home Improvers  Community events and will continue partnering with Wickes throughout 2026 and beyond.

At these events, Crown Paints will provide in-store colour consultancy and practical decorating guidance, helping DIY customers feel more confident choosing colour and giving them the reassurance to be bold with their decorating decisions. Details of the events can be found on the Wickes website.

The renewal follows Crown Paints being named Wickes Supplier of the Year in 2025, reflecting the strength of the partnership and a shared ambition to support communities at scale.

Tracey McIlvenny, Head of Retail Marketing at Crown Paints, said: “We’re proud to be continuing as The Wickes Community Programme’s official paint partner for a third year.  Together, we’re helping refresh local spaces  that mean so much to their communities ,

Extending our support into Home Improvers  Community events is a great next step, because it brings practical colour advice directly to customers in-store, alongside the impact we’re delivering more widely  in the community .”

Hannah Randle Hockin,  Social Impact and Community Engagement Manager at Wickes, said: “The Wickes Community Programme is focused on creating practical, lasting change for local groups and charities, and Crown Paints’ continued support plays a key role in helping projects happen. It’s fantastic to see the impact already delivered this year, with hundreds of projects supported so far. It’s also brilliant to extend the partnership through Home Improvers  Community events, bringing customers together in our stores and helping more people feel confident taking on home improvement projects.”

Headquartered in Darwen, Lancashire, Crown Paints’ community support is underpinned by its Project Possible initiative, which brings together the business’ commitments across sustainability, education and community investment.
