ProDec Advance Super Cling Dust Sheet Review

ProDec Advance Super Cling Dust Sheet is a plastic membrane that comes on a roll in a box. It’s quite tough for plastic sheeting, particularly when folded, so it comes with a cutter designed to make it easier to work with. Click here to see online prices.

All you do is take the top off the box, roll out your desired length, cut, unfold it, and then cover whatever it is you need to protect. You’d normally use it to cover kitchen units or furniture when decorating a room. There are similar products on the market that come with masking tape at the top of the roll. This is to hold the plastic membrane in place.

However, ProDec Advance Super Cling Dust Sheet uses a different ‘tact’ when it sticks to a surface; It uses electrostatic energy. As you unfold the sheet, electrons gather on its surface, which then pulls it onto the object you’re covering. This speeds everything up and makes it a lot easier.

You may still want to use a little bit of masking tape to tact the Super Cling once it’s in place, but a couple of inches of tape placed every 2 meters is ample.

I love this stuff. It’s a lot easier to use than generic sheeting in folded packs. The rolls that come with masking tape at the top seem to twist and tangle when you’re using it. ProDec Advance Super Cling Dust Sheet is quick and easy to use and is the perfect product for the task in hand. Click here to see online prices.
