JOHNSTONE’s brand by PPG launches Tomorrow Included sustainability marketing concept in the UK and Ireland

 

BIRSTALL, UK, July 24, 2024 – PPG (NYSE: PPG) today announced the launch of the Tomorrow Included®  sustainability marketing concept for its JOHNSTONE’S® architectural coatings brand by PPG in the UK and Ireland. The concept serves as a tool to effectively communicate PPG’s sustainability story, highlighting the sustainable advantages of its products, services, and initiatives.

The Tomorrow Included concept emphasises the importance of making sustainable choices and aims to empower customers and end-users to make more informed decisions about the products they use, giving them greater confidence in their ability to select the right products for their needs.

Sustainability advantages across seven categories, including durability, energy savings, safety, carbon reduction, and recyclability, will be highlighted to effectively communicate the product features and sustainability advantages. It will become visible in various Johnstone’s marketing materials, such as advertisements and websites.

PPG recently published its 2023 ESG report, which showed strong progress against the company’s near-term 2030 environmental, social and governance (ESG) targets. These include increased sales of sustainably advantaged solutions and reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions throughout the company’s own operations and the value chain.
