Dulux Academy Advanced Airless Course Review

I’ve just got back from another excellent day at the Dulux Academy in Slough. I attended the Advanced Airless Spraying Course. I thought I’d sit down and write a quick review for anyone looking to take the step into spraying.

The Dulux Academy run several courses, not just spraying. They cover wallpaper, digital wall murals, urban effects, colour and design. The list goes on. Each course lasts one or two days, are open to the general public and are reasonably priced.

These courses are handy for decorators, because they mean we can focus on one part of the industry. For me, it’s spraying. I didn’t need to do the beginners course because I know the basics already.

My Dulux Academy Advanced Airless Course Review

This course is brilliant for brushing up on your skills and learning new ones. Remember every day is a school day and you never know everything.

Nothing is too much trouble for Tony Pearson-Young, and there is no such thing as a silly question. The Advanced Airless Course is taught at a good pace, and you are well looked after. Tea or coffee and a sausage or bacon roll to start the day, nice hot lunch, and cake in the afternoon.

You get plenty of time on the gun too, which is ideal. You spray under the supervision of an instructor, who explains how you can improve your technique as you go. You come out of the day with a lot more confidence.

I’d recommend this course to anyone. Click here for more info.

Nice to meet Andy Adrian Ellis David Pyle and Nik all great guys. Thanks again Tony Pearson-Young
