Crown Trade is strengthening its portfolio of professional emulsions with the launch of Crown Trade Extramatt, the perfect product for ceilings and touching up interior walls.
The brand-new paint offers an extremely low reflective finish which alleviates visual imperfections and eliminates flashing, making it ideal for ceilings, as well as for touching up any blemishes and joins on interior walls.
The water-based emulsion is the brand’s lowest sheen paint, offering a high opacity that allows professionals to get a perfect finish every time, with just a couple of coats.
Crown Trade Extramatt is available in white, and is easy to apply, with brush, roller, or spray. It is recoatable in just four hours – allowing for a ceiling to be completed in less than a day.
It’s also equipped with the paint manufacturer’s unique breatheasy®, 99% solvent free technology that limits exposure to airborne triggers of asthma and allergies, creating a healthier environment for both decorators and their customers.
Kathryn Tormay, Head of Product at Crown Trade said: “We’re always looking for new ways to enhance our range and continue to offer decorators products that deliver the quality results and finishes they need.
“This formulation is our lowest sheen finish to date and will be ideal for camouflaging blemishes which can often appear more exaggerated under critical light. The flat matt finish also helps to reduce flashing, making it perfect for touch ups.”
As well as the launch of Extramatt, Crown Trade has also recently added to its Clean Extreme range, introducing Clean Extreme Clean Air, a specialist product that removes formaldehyde from the air, it’s also 99% VOC free making it a great choice for commercial projects.
